Custom designed hire solutions
I&M Winch Hire have a team of industry professionals who work closely with their clients to design, manufacture or customise equipment to suit each individual job. Our design and engineering teams use the latest software and precision manufacturing technologies to develop products that meet evolving industry demands.
Installation/mobilisation/commission
The highly qualified professionals at I&M Winch Hire can assist with the installation, commission, and demobilisation of equipment. Our services include connecting equipment, welding, tube work, hosing, and commissioning 4 point mooring systems and specialised equipment.
Winch testing
The in-house workshop test bed is capable of load testing winches up to 90 tonnes. As well as providing rental equipment, I&M Winch Hire have a team of professionals who can, inspect, load test and certify air, electric and hydraulic winches for their clients
Wire spooling services
I&M Winch Hire operate a range of spooling machines capable of handling drums up to 30 tonne. The spoolers have been designed to ensure safe and reliable operation which allows the operator to easily adjust line speed while providing smooth and constant back tension.
The spoolers can be hired with a fully experienced operator/technician where required or as standalone units.
Experienced operators & Technicians
We have a range of personnel available to assist with the operation of more complex winching systems. Personnel can also be made available to assist with installation and commission of equipment of vessels when required. With each job, I&M Winch Hire encourage their clients to visit the workshop for a quick training session on how to operate equipment safely. Easy to follow instructions and operator manuals allow the client personnel to operate our machinery with confidence.
